About the Director
Beatrice loves camping, Carly Rae Jepsen, and her cats, Cupcake and Cheddar. Her favorite food is sushi. She is currently learning to skateboard and play ukulele (not at the same time).
About the Film
Beatrice filmed her short movie on a rainy afternoon at her grandparent's house. She captured close to 12 minutes of material, most of which was extended dialogue left on the editing room floor. For the film's performers, Beatrice mostly used LOL Surprise Dolls — which, for anyone born before 2010, are like a combination of Bratz dolls and blind-box toys.
